In the busy world we live in, sometimes appointments are forgotten. Doctor I-Brow’s time is very valuable, as is yours. Thus compensation is expected if you do not arrive for your appointment. Thus a deposit is required to secure your appointment due to a high number of clients cancelling last minute or not turning up to their appointments. This ensures that our brow treatments remain affordable and available to all clients.

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another client. Deposits will be carried over if the appointment is rearranged with at least the 48 hours notice.

No shows or cancellations/reschedules less than 48 hours will forfeit their deposit and NO SHOWS could be charged a no show fee of €20 on top of forfeiting their deposit.

The deposit is non-refundable, and will be applied towards your treatment.
